Responsibilities:

Assist the real estate team in conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Collect and analyze data related to property valuations, market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to support decisionmaking processes.
Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses, to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects.
Conduct due diligence activities, including reviewing property documents, zoning regulations, and environmental reports, to assess risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including development, finance, and property management, to support project evaluation and execution.
Prepare professional reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and investment strategies for senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, with knowledge of Excel and other relevant software.
Excellent research abilities, with the capacity to gather and synthesize data from various sources.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment analysis, and valuation methods is preferred.
Detailoriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts and present findings.
A passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
