    Job title: Payroll Specialist

    Description

    Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. You must have at least 3 years of experience in processing UK payroll, preferably in a multinational environment. You should have excellent English language skills. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will require attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. You must be able to work effectively on a solo basis and within a team environment. Customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency is essential. Knowledge and use of Workday and Workday payroll would be an advantage. Experience working with a 3rd party payroll provider is also beneficial.
