    Job Description

    • In IO Solutions' contact center environment, we seek a Systems Administrator to design implement maintain robust systems/servers ensuring seamless operation.
    • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams optimizing performance troubleshooting issues implementing security measures creating reliable efficient infrastructure foundation empowering exceptional customer experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Servers networks IT infrastructure configuration maintenance troubleshooting optimal performance uptime
    2. Maintenance of system performance logs potential issues preventing downtime security risks monitoring analysis implementation disaster recovery plans data backups business continuity enhancement data loss prevention
    3. User accounts permissions access controls management ensure data security compliance company policies installing software patches updates systems secure operating efficiently responding technical user support resolving hardware software problems documentation configurations processes steps future reference team collaboration it vendor technology implementation optimization reliability audits inventory equipment hardware spare parts licensing distribution vmware microsoft edr antivirus configuring maintaining active directory structures gpos user permissions identity network file print services tier iit iii operational tasks coordination server update preventative maintenance redundancy planned deployed limited downtime vulnerability penetration testing corporate assessments remediation priority basis pci dss physical access video surveillance managing supporting security ,
