As a
Chief Functional Analyst in the
IT delivery cybercrimes team at National Bank, you'll
be a specialist in integrations and API.
Your role:
- Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
- Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
- Assist and participate in the development, testing and automation strategy
- Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requests
- Link business needs to technology requirements
- Analyze data and participate in endtoend testing
- Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders
Your team:
As part of the
It delivery cybercrimes sector, you'll be on a team of
more then 100 colleagues and you'll report to the
Senior Manager.
the quality of its delivery, it's experience and the capacity to work on multiple projects

Prerequisites:
- Industryrelated university degree and several years (minimum of 3 years) of relevant experience
- Banking experience preferred
- Handson experience with agile development and delivery methodologies
- Handson experience with QA testing
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence )
- Knowledge of Kamunda, an asset.
