Description

As a
Chief Functional Analyst in the
IT delivery cybercrimes team at National Bank, you'll
be a specialist in integrations and API.

This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your skills and experience.

Your role:

Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
Assist and participate in the development, testing and automation strategy
Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requests
Link business needs to technology requirements
Analyze data and participate in endtoend testing
Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders

Your team:

As part of the
It delivery cybercrimes sector, you'll be on a team of
more then 100 colleagues and you'll report to the
Senior Manager.

Prerequisites:

Industryrelated university degree and several years (minimum of 3 years) of relevant experience
Banking experience preferred
Handson experience with agile development and delivery methodologies
Handson experience with QA testing
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence )
Knowledge of Kamunda, an asset.
