As an Intern with our Talent Acquisition team at Dulcedo, you'll collaborate closely with our lovely team members to help meet our recruitment objectives.

We're seeking someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include:

Assist in executing our hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening CVs, and conducting initial screening calls.
Manage and maintain applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including data entry, report generation, and adding feedback and other relevant information.
Utilize data analytics and sourcing tools to gain insights and develop sustainable solutions aimed at enhancing our recruitment processes.
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition and influencer marketing.
Headquartered in Montreal, proficiency in both English and French is considered an asset.
