Key Responsibilities:


Supply Chain Coordination:


  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Work closely with purchasing, suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain.

Shipping and Receiving:


  • Update the ERP with ETAs and upload all documentation, files and maintain comprehensive activity logs in the system.
  • Complete receiving process, ensuring goods are received correctly both in the warehouse and the ERP, and any discrepancies or damages are promptly addressed.
  • File and complete freight claims as required.
  • Complete dropships of ASAP orders.
  • Backfill / provide coverage in the Leduc warehouse.

Inventory Management:


  • Coordinate activities to ensure inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation and the reconciliation of inventory values within the ERP, as well as ensuring inventory levels are maintained for client orders.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations and laws.

Customer Service:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all logisticsrelated customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding order status and delivery.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage highstress situations effectively.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of shipping regulations, international trade, and customs processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERPs

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
