- The Facility Patient Care Manager is responsible for safe and effective clinical health services delivery and facility operations for a site/local geographical area when the health services leadership team is not available.
- Foster/facilitate interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships to ensure a high standard of patient/resident/client care through modelling care and service with compassion and respect.
