Description

Olameter is currently hiring for a Full Time Utility Collections Coordinator Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, reporting to our office in Aurora, ON (Position is NOT Remote).

The Collections Coordinator would be responsible for the following:


PRIMARY DUTIES:


  • Managing work for the Collectors in the field.
  • Printing, sorting, organizing service orders for the next day.
  • Recording disconnect and reconnect information into the billing system.
  • Closing all completed service work from the previous day.
  • Assisting other Coordinators when required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


  • Completion of high school or equivalent handson experience.
  • Minimum 1year Customer Service experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Willing to learn and accept new responsibilities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
