Key Responsibilities


IBM is seeking SAP Security and GRC specialist in establishing and carrying out SAP Security & GRC implementations and related policies and procedures in support of SAP implementations for our customers.

As the SAP Security and GRC specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing all aspects of SAP security policies and procedures for the enterprise, including role/user management, authorizations and performing audits


Responsibilities Include:

  • Working on SAP Security and SAP GRC related engagements
  • Work effectively as a team player alongside technical and functional teams with potential to take on leadership roles
  • Work with SAP Security Basics (SAP Security Transactions), SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration
  • Resolving complex Security issues (e.g., audit issues) in the SAP Systems.
  • Work with Structural authorizations/profiles in the SAP Systems.
  • Gather requirements, design, maintain, and configure GRC 10.0 environment with Access Control (Process Control Knowledge is an asset, but not required)
  • Nice to have GRC 12.0 knowledge
  • Effectively communicate with customers to gain insight and develop solutions to meet customer business needs across the entire SAP landscape

Qualifications:


  • 35 years' experience in configuration using SAP Security Administration and GRC
  • SAP GRC implementation experience CUP, RAR, SPM in ECC environment and desirable for CRM environment
  • Secret Clearance is a must
  • Familiar with SOD analysis/ Conflict resolution of SOD issues using GRC
  • Proven practical experience analyzing, configuring, and maintaining security roles and profiles
  • Experience with SAP License Management and License Management Tools
  • Experience in SAP Central User Administration (CUA)
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Able to collaborate with clients, and have strong desire to excel

Must be located in Calgary or willing to relocate to Calgary

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3+ years experience in configuration using SAP Security Administration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Nova Scotia
