Responsibilities:


Business Development:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. This includes researching potential clients, reaching out to leads, and conducting sales presentations.


Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Understand their needs, provide expert advice, and offer personalized solutions to enhance their graphics and print experience.


Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our graphics and print products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Quoting and Proposal Generation:
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, showcasing the best solutions tailored to their requirements.


Collaboration:
Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of products.


Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Sales Reporting:
Maintain sales records, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for management review.


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the graphics and print industry or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge of graphic design and print processes is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is desirable.
