A typical day would involve:

Works with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with the enterprise business strategy, objectives and key results
Contributes to and executes the digital and technology platforms multiyear technology strategy and road map
Works closely with enterprise and solution architecture teams to assess suitable technology architecture, directing definition and design
Leads digital platform design and development, including refining platform requirements and delivery of scalable platforms in an Agile environment
Oversees the technical team to take the digital platform concepts from ideation through validation, measurement, and iteration
Communicates platform vision and roadmaps to Executive Stakeholders and obtains endorsement and sponsorship
Partners with infrastructure, architecture and external partners and other stakeholders to meet the requirements of the technology strategy and road map
Engages Senior Leadership to understand business unit strategies, processes and priorities to inform the technology strategy and road map for each of the platforms
Leads a large size development, support and delivery component of a transforming technology team
In a transformational environment, leads the modernization of development and engineering practices, including performance and quality engineering
Leads the technology build of a new COTS digital customer facing platform
Leads the technology components of largescale legacy transformation program within the technology roadmap
Develops appropriate Agile tooling and further develop DevOps CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) practices
Manages the design and transition to operations of the platform sustainability model
Owns the Quality of the platforms from both QE and QA perspectives. Champions ongoing improvement in quality practices, through the Quality CoE
Working closely with Business teams and partners and is responsible for overall Release Management across platforms, ensuring that appropriate risk management processes and business engagement practices are in place
Leverages data and analytical insights, coupled with a deep understanding of the organizational strategy, to increase the value and relevance of our digital platforms
Enables a constant test and learn cadence for the digital and technology platform teams, and translates market and technology trends, competitive intelligence, and crossfunctional input into actionable and innovative roadmap initiatives
Promote and fosters the culture of transparency, ownership, mentorship, agile learning, collaboration and innovation across all teams

You have:

Completion of a University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
15 years of platform product management and/or platform strategy leadership experience, with a proven track record of enabling delivery in an Agile COTS environment
Extensive experience in COTS Legacy systems transformation, as well as, delivering and supporting the Microsoft Suite of products
Extensive experience in building and launching major market facing digital products and services
Advanced communicator with the ability to articulate and drive the evolution and delivery of the business vision
Advanced expertise in vendor partner management and demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and contract management
Proven expertise in building and scaling multiple teams while leading through an environment of significant change
Has strong experience in Agile / Platforms Transformation
