Job Title:
Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Managing and organizing company files, records, and documents
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Preparing correspondence and reports as needed
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
