Franchise Sales Specialist - New Locations (London, ON)

The Franchise Sales Specialist - New Locations is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing franchise sales opportunities with a specific focus on expanding into new geographic areas.

This role demands a proactive approach in scouting potential markets, engaging prospective franchisees, and successfully facilitating the establishment of new franchise locations.


What you will do:


  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at identifying new franchise opportunities in untapped markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations with high growth potential for new franchises.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective franchisees, clearly articulating the value proposition and business model.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with franchise standards and regulations when establishing new locations.
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts with new franchisees, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions that may affect franchise expansion.
  • Organize and participate in franchise expos, seminars, and other promotional events, both in person and virtually, to generate leads for new franchise locations.
  • Work with external vendors and partners as required to develop and refine the marketing and lead generation strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support to new franchisees during the setup process to ensure a smooth launch of new locations.
  • Other duties are required.

Job Requirements

Skills and Specifications:


  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend sales cycles.
  • High degree of professionalism and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification in business administration, marketing, or real estate.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or business development.

Experience:


  • Direct experience in franchising and territory expansion is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of franchising.


The Franchise Sales Specialist - New Locations must be highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for driving growth through strategic franchise sales.

This role is pivotal in expanding the company's footprint and requires an individual who is both a self-starter and a skilled communicator.

This role is hybrid. If located in London, attendance is required on occassion.

This role requires 20-35% travel.

Relocation packages are not available.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 / year plus commissions
