Dovre Canada Limited is pleased to offer the following opportunity: ServiceNow Business Analyst located in Montreal.

Please note that the client requires employees (including contractors) to report to the office a minimum of three days per week starting day one of employment._

Function:

ServiceNow Business Analyst assists the lead or works independently designing, developing and implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, captures business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured functionalities end to end as soon as these have been developed.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience as Business Analyst in ServiceNow environment
Experience on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM
Strong communication and facilitator skills to interact with stakeholders and support them in the elicitation of requirements, validation testing and providing training
Technical knowledge on ServiceNow to interact with the development and QA team
Selfstarter, sense of urgency. Able to work with ambiguity.
