Job Description:

IKO Industries Ltd. is offering a one-year contract opportunity for a Parts Technician at our plant in Calgary, AB.

The incumbent in this role will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant by overseeing various aspects of parts and supplies management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain comprehensive inventories to ensure optimal stock levels.
Efficiently receive and organize supplies to support manufacturing operations.
Catalogue parts systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
Execute procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and parts as needed.
Maintain meticulous records of inventory, transactions, and supplier information.
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare statements to provide financial support for the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:

Preferably possess one year of relevant experience in parts management.
Proficient in identifying various parts and their specifications.
Ability to identify and source replacements for parts when necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management practices.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different departments.
Capable of producing detailed reports on inventory levels to support decisionmaking processes.
