Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
• Assist customers with their purchases and handle cash transactions
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions, restocking, and other tasks Experience:
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
