Intermediate Recordkeeping Specialist

Clearance:
Hold a valid security clearance
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
- Collecting, creating, receiving and/or capturing information;
- Organizing, using and/or disseminating information;
- Maintaining, storing and/or preserving information;
- Disposing of information;
- Coordinating of information storage requirements and interface with Information Technology.
- Providing document and records management;
- Identifying, classifying, archiving, preserving and destroying records;
- Identifying and analyzing content management issues and providing recommendations to management for improvement;
- Provide assistance in the monitoring and evaluation of the Recordkeeping policies and regulations.
Skills/Experience Required:
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in record management activities in conformance with a municipal, provincial, or federal records management policy or legislation;
- Must hold a valid security clearance.
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Records management: 5 years (required)
