    Description

    The Customer Service Summer Student role requires excellent administrative, customer service and de-escalation skills to provide prompt and courteous service as a first point of contact to the public on behalf of Parkland County.

    Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, complaints and transactions including payment processing. The ideal candidate has enrolled in a post-secondary education program with a focus on Business Administration or related fields.
