Description:


This is a 3-month contract position - possibility to hire full time or extend contract

Responsibilities include:

• Coach our current accounting clerk on upgrading our financial and accounting reports to meet our current and future needs.
• Must be extremely proficient with SAGE (Simple Comptable)
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Find opportunities for improvements, propose solutions, and set up processes.
• Prepare special reports on an as needed basis

Requirements:

• 24 years' experience in A/P or similar role
• Required postsecondary education in accounting
• Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written
• Strong data organization and Excel analytical skills (e.g., Pivot Table)
• Ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment
