Overview:


As the Service Centre Clerk, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties of moderate complexity to ensure effective office operations, in accordance with established service standards, procedures and business rules.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provides courteous and professional first point of contact.
  • Perform garage triage duties, checking in customers for scheduled appointments.
  • Coordinate vehicle traffic for estimating and driver testing appointments.
  • Triage customer enquiries within level of authority and escalates issues or concerns to the appropriate resource.
  • Assist customers in accordance with office processes, in person or on the phone.
  • Receive customer or vendor calls and messages as required.
  • Perform routine tasks in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Perform financial transactions, as required.
  • Print Knowledge Test and Driver Testing schedules for the next business day.
  • Prepare, distribute and file correspondence.
  • Receive, sort, stamp, scan and distribute incoming documents.
  • Operate standard office equipment.
  • Accueill les clients et fournit un premier point de contact courtois et professionnel.
  • Effect des tâches de triage de garage, en enregistrant les clients pour les rendezvous planifiés.

  • Imprim les programmes de test de connaissances et de test de pilotes pour le jour ouvrable suivant.
  • Prepare, distribue et classe la correspondance.
  • Reçoit, trie, estampe, analyse et distribue les documents entrants.
  • Util du matériel de bureau standard.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in an office and/or customer service environment.
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent.
  • Une année d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau ou de service à la clientèle.
