    Video Enablement Team (VET) is a group of talented brand builders and believers who work directly on YouTube and our Video platforms. Our role is to provoke, inspire, and simplify the complex world of digital brand building by bringing the advertisers we work with data driven insights and cross-industry expertise meant to accelerate their businesses.

    The team has expertise across brand, creative, media orchestration, and measurement strategy and sales. In this role, you will work closely with Google's largest brand advertisers and Google's internal Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to transform the way they build brands on YouTube and across our video platforms. You will act as a thought-leader in brand strategy, a creative inspiration for brand solutions, an innovator in new media strategy, a gold mine of consumer insights, and an expert in all things YouTube and Video.

    Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Convert the power of YouTube and Video as a Brand and a platform both externally (customers, media agencies, creative agencies, conferences) and internally (senior leadership, account teams, cross-functional global teams).
    • Partner with Account Managers and Executives to execute a plan and drive video business through strategic thinking to support the go-to-market approach.
    • Identify new strategic opportunities for YouTube to drive incremental impact in the market including Connected TV, Demand Gen, and future forms of media consumption.
    • Develop, leverage (global and regional), and deploy brand solutions with the objective to improve sales teams' approach to supporting clients with large, multi-faceted media propositions.
    • Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions are generated through market-relevant insights.
