- Lead the full digital media planning process, including developing detailed digital media briefs and ensuring campaign requirements, budgets, and platform recommendations are accurately captured.
- Review, approve, and oversee the activation of digital media plans with agency partners, ensuring timely execution and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Monitor and optimize in‑flight campaigns, assessing performance, identifying insights, and guiding agencies to maximize KPIs and ROI.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and alignment across media, brand, and digital functions.
- Support annual and ongoing campaign planning, ensuring digital objectives are integrated into broader brand strategies and that measurement frameworks and KPIs are clearly defined.
- Drive learning, innovation, and best‑in‑class digital execution, including test‑and‑learn pilots, audience development, and sharing insights across teams.
- 5+ years of digital media planning and execution experience, ideally with hands‑on activation across digital channels.
- Media agency background strongly preferred, as it brings the technical know‑how and operational experience needed for the role.
- Experience managing digital campaigns across display, programmatic, social, SEM, and other paid digital tactics.
- Proven track record in media strategy, planning, and buying, with an ability to influence and guide agency partners.
- Experience working with or managing high media budgets and complex campaign structures.
- Familiarity with measurement frameworks, KPIs, optimization processes, and test‑and‑learn methodologies to drive performance and insights.

About the role
The Digital Activation Manager (12‑month fixed‑term role) will lead the end‑to‑end digital media planning process for top global brands such as Lysol, Finish, and Durex—developing media briefs, partnering closely with agencies, reviewing and approving media plans, and ensuring flawless activation and performance optimization across channels. Working in a highly dynamic environment with large media budgets, this fixed‑term role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven marketing, improve KPIs, and bring innovation to digital campaigns—offering strong hands‑on experience and meaningful career growth within a fast‑paced digital ecosystem.
