Successful applicants will be currently credentialed and active Registered Nurses holding registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and have a Master's degree in nursing.

They will have clinical experience in acute care settings (medical-surgical experience required, with additional experience in perinatal, pediatrics, emergency, or ICU nursing preferred); experience teaching nursing students in an academic setting or direct clinical supervision in practice, especially experience in teaching clinical nursing skills, whether in health settings as a clinical educator or in academic settings; simulation teaching experience would be a plus.

Ideally, they will have experience in group learning facilitation, laboratory instruction, course administration, as well as supervision or mentoring of nurses or clinical instructors.

Salary will be commensurate with level of educational preparation and experience. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000/year to $125,000/year.
