The Role

In this role, you will:


  • Provide end user technical support to our HR department on the existing HR process areas, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, WorkForce time management, compensation, recruitment and Onboarding etc.
- participate in SuccessFactors Regular Release strategy design and implement system enhancements along with business process improvements


Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and supporting HRIS
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors technical administration experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • Business process knowledge in human resources
  • Can define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis
  • Strong analytical skill, problem solving, coordination, working closely with with customers, senior stakeholders.
