Summary

The Marketing Communications Manager will develop best-in-class customer communications that drive awareness and preference, engagement and like ability for Enercare and its services.

The manager will leverage unique and meaningful customer insights to create communications that are most relevant to the target audience., Working in partnership with the Customer Base Management and Product Management teams, the manager will help create end-to-end communications campaigns that drive acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retention by leveraging earned, owned and paid channels.

Campaigns & Programs will play a key role in developing and executing customer growth and retention strategies through various advertising campaigns and marketing-programs.

The manager will build and oversee initiatives that support Enercare's marketing communications strategy, building the brand, engaging consumers, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

The marketing communications team at Enercare plays an important role in ensuring current and prospective customers understand its value proposition.

This position focuses on the Home Services portfolio across all lines of business including HVAC, Hot Water, Maintenance and Protection Plans, Electrical and Plumbing Services, and Air and Water Treatment.

As an industry undergoing massive shifts in technology and competition, a desire to learn, lead and win is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and influence the implementation of marketing communications strategies and programs to deliver against business plans and marketing KPIs short
- and long-term business plans

  • Leverage research and analytics to develop customer insights that will be the cornerstone of creative development
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and agencies such as advertising, copy writing, media buying, digital(web and CRM), and social media in order to develop and execute all elements of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with CRM team to develop detailed customer journeys and create effective and impactful communications for each step and stage of the journey
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Cx Experience, Legal, Sales and Channel partners to ensure consistency and seamless integration of all marketing material and messaging
  • Help stakeholders understand the Enercare brand guidelines, including visual standards, and ensure they are applied them to all customerfacing initiatives
  • Monitor Manage budget spending for all campaigns work within allocated budget plan to spend
  • Work with accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices
  • Complete postmortems and analyze and comprehend program ROI and benefits
  • Contribute to building developing annual and quarterly marketing plans

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing communications role leading campaigns or large scaled projects
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communications specifically in delivering project briefings and reports, working and managing project communications effectively
  • Experience from a communications perspective, in customer journey d
