Are you a data-driven B2B marketer and CRM whiz looking for a new opportunity? Are you ready for the challenge of helping a well-funded startup in the wealth management tech space build a dynamic, multichannel lead gen engine from the ground up?

Ultimately, by streamlining the routing, communication, tracking and execution of work, we allow each of our clients to lead a productive and happier life.


After an incredible year of growth, we are looking to hire our first
Growth Marketing Manager to help us drive revenue across all channels.

You will be our in-house technical marketing expert responsible for campaign management, performance reporting and much more.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marketing CRM operations: Own lead lifecycle management in our Hubspot instance; manage and maintain customer and prospect contact lists; ensure key metrics and reporting are accurate and comprehensive

Digital advertising: Build, manage and report on paid B2B campaigns in LinkedIn, Google and other relevant channels; work with the content team to A/B test campaign messaging; create, test and monitor landing pages, forms, etc., to ensure maximum conversions

SEO: Research and identify keywords to target, making recommendations to the content team; monitor organic search performance; identify and repair technical SEO issues to improve our authority score

Referral management: Track and report on referrals from partners and existing customers; identify opportunities to improve referral pipeline

Sales enablement: Help facilitate the handoff from marketing to sales; make sure leads are well-qualified and that SDRs have the resources they need to effectively work prospects.

Reporting: Track and report on key marketing and sales metrics

Continuous improvement: Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Trends) to drive incremental, ongoing improvements across the overall sales and marketing funnel
