    Victoria Newitt Recruitment has been retained by Infrastructure BC Inc. in search for a Senior Project Associate.

    Infrastructure BC Inc. supports the public sector by providing leadership in the procurement of complex capital projects. Our team at Infrastructure BC works to improve the lives of people and communities in British Columbia by acting as a link between public-sector entities and private-sector companies in the procurement and delivery of complex capital projects.     KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Supporting the development and implementation of procurement processes and documents;
    • Drafting business cases and other related documents;
    • Serving as a key contact on a project team(s) and
    • Conducting complex quantitative and qualitative project analysis (e.g., risk analysis), followed by articulating findings into clear, concise, coherent reports, briefing notes, or presentations.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline is required, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working in large, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
    • Demonstrated project management experience with complex infrastructure projects in sectors like health, education, accommodation, energy & utilities, and/or transportation;
    • Established analytical skills;
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
    • Experience in advisory, strategy, and business case analysis, development, and writing.
    • Adaptable to change combined with a flexible approach to solving project issues.
    • Supports and contributes to the organization's continuous improvement culture.

    Note: Positions can be based in either Vancouver or Victoria, BC.

    The target range of this role is $81,400 - $142,600.

    Compensation offered within this range is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skills, qualifications, experience and credentials.
