JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities:
- Preparing brunch dishes to the highest standards, including breakfast sandwiches,
- Prepping for the weekend brunch service on Fridays from 8am until noon, ensuring all
- Cooking for the weekend brunch service on weekends from 6am until 2:30pm, ensuring
- Ensuring all food is prepared and cooked in a timely manner, and to the highest
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working with breakfast recipes and eggs.
- Food Safe Certification.
- Strong cooking skills, including the ability to prepare and cook a range of breakfast
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for food.
- A commitment to following health and safety regulations at all times.
