Morison Insurance is currently seeking a driven
Junior Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team of insurance professionals. No insurance experience is required -
we will train you
This role is on-site, based out of our Tillsonburg office. Hybrid options are available after the training period.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships
  • Assist building the book of business through new sales
  • Handle incoming customer service calls
  • Retain clear and concise documentation and records
  • Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

Skills You Will Need To Succeed

  • Excellent customer service skills & a desire to learn about insurance
  • RIBO license must be obtained within the first 4 weeks of employment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perseverance to meet retention goals
  • A positive and keen attitude to meet our customers' needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast paced environments
  • French speaking would be an asset
