En tant qu'Ingénieur responsable de projets au département d'ingénierie d'usine, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de chargés de projets ayant pour mandat d'effectuer des aménagements/réaménagements d'usine ainsi que d'effectuer des modifications ou ajouts aux différents bâtiments et infrastructures.

Dans l'exécution de vos fonctions vous aurez à rencontrer différents clients internes (département de la maintenance, méthode, logistique, transport et autres) afin de comprendre et identifier leurs besoins. Vous prendrez en charge la planification du projet et la réalisation de celui-ci, ceci à l'intérieur des coûts, délais et qualité identifiée.

Puisque vous devrez travailler dans un environnement de changements, nous sommes à la recherche de candidats professionnels, avec de bonnes aptitudes pour la communication, une forte capacité d'analyse, une bonne capacité d'influence et un très bon esprit d'équipe. Vos capacités à réaliser votre travail en respectant des échéanciers serrés et votre engagement à offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair seront grandement considérées.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

• Définir budget et échéancier.
• Bâtir les appels d'offres nécessaires à l'emploi de professionnel (ingénieurs, architecte ou autres) nécessaire aux projets.
• Bâtir les appels d'offres nécessaires à l'emploi des entrepreneurs nécessaire aux projets
• Analyser les soumissions.
• Participer à l'adjudication des contrats.
• Effectuer le suivi des projets et effectuer les ajustements requis afin de rencontrer les différents jalons.
• Livrer les projets en temps, budget et qualité désirés.
  

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous possédez un Baccalauréat en Génie Mécanique, électrique ou en Génie et Gestion de la construction dans une université reconnue.
• Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
• Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets.
• Vous avez d'excellentes compétences d'organisation et de planification.
• Vous avez une maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais tant à l'écrit qu'au parlé.
• Vous avez une très bonne habileté de communication.
• Vous possédez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire.

As an Engineer in charge of projects in the plant engineering department, you will be part of a team of project managers whose mandate is to carry out plant improvements / refurbishments as well as make modifications or additions to the various buildings and infrastructures.

In performing your duties you will have to meet various internal clients (maintenance department, method, logistics, transport and others) in order to understand and identify their needs.

You will take charge of the planning of the project and its realization, within the costs, deadlines and identified quality.

Since you will have to work in an environment of change, we are looking for professional candidates, with good communication skills, strong analytical skills, good ability to influence and very good team spirit. Your ability to get your job done within tight deadlines and your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will be greatly considered.

In your role, you will be called upon to:

• Define budget and schedule.
• Build the calls for tenders necessary for the employment of professionals (engineers, architects or others) necessary for projects.

• Participate in the awarding of contracts.
• Follow up on projects and make the required adjustments to meet the various milestones.
• Deliver projects on time, budget and quality desired.
  

As an ideal candidate,

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering from a recognized university.
• Member of the Engineers Order of Quebec (OIQ).
• You have 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• You have excellent organizational and planning skills.
• You have a command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• You have good judgment and you work well in a multidisciplinary team.
