SmartPrint is a Managed Print Services firm based in Canada working with mid-market to enterprise clients to enable them to outsource the management of their office printing and imaging devices to drive down cost and maximize Administrative and IT efficiencies.

SmartPrint uses state of the art remote monitoring tools, systems, and an advanced services/technical team to provide clients with industry leading up-time for their clients print environments.

The Pricing Specialist works as an integral part of the Administration team maintaining pricing standards and analyzing profitability. You will interface with Technical Services, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization offering potential for future career progression. You will receive extensive training and support in the use of our integrated ERP system.


Including but not limited to:

• Create and maintain pricing standards for equipment and accessories
• Prepare & Manage Manufacture's special pricing deals (Apply, review, renew & monitor)
• Maintain MPS Calculation
• Work with Sales Executive to prepare pricing standards for sale opportunities (Hardware, Installation, Leasing)
• Review ALL costs, items, configurations, fees, installation, freight charges
• Review and confirm all software licensing, maintenance and professional services prior to quote generation
• Prepare Lease Applications
• Manage lease end processes (Expiring, renewals, buyouts)
• Manage all leasing options and quoting rates (DLL / National Leasing / HP Financial)
• Manufacturer's Rebate Claims
• Review and monitor contract profitability to identify underperforming contracts
• Create, review & Maintain Inventory Management forms for all Inventory Management Customers
• Part number generation & related item set for won deals
• Contract setup Audit (Supply Types, CPP's, Coverage)
• 360 Contract Calculator upkeep and Calculations

$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
