What does a Security Guard in North York do?:

  • Primary responsibility will be in the control room, responsible for monitoring cameras and understanding various security systems.
  • Provide assistance and evacuate the building(s) in case of emergency
  • Create action plans for emergency situations on site
  • Respond and dispatch guards as required

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in North York:

  • Excellent verbal and written communicaiton

Previous control room experience

  • Comfortable using various computer systems
  • A valid security guard license and first aid certificate
  • Available to work flexible hours
