Job summary
The Project Controls Planner/Scheduler – Target Delivery Systems (TDS) Projects is responsible for planning scheduling coordinating execution of complex nuclear maintenance projects involving TDS ensuring project objectives are achieved safely efficiently in alignment with regulatory standards contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop update maintain detailed project schedules engineering construction using Visio Primavera establish manage schedule baselines in alignment budgets project goals prepare scheduling procedures issue special instructions as needed coordinate closely with management identify priorities maintain alignment between budget schedule deliverables produce analyze key metrics productivity down curves ensure readiness coordinating approval lift plans review documentation trades monitor integrate department-level activities including resource load boards master project plans support OPG Station Work Management assist PCCT logic formatting using P6 address issues mitigate risks ensure scope requirements properly captured station systems track milestones participate outage online meetings schedule cost control subcontractors coordinate weekly products validation progress reviewing trade timesheets cost reports attendance reports align subcontractor work organizational plans budgets attend vendor meetings communicate status update plans maintain daily activity deliverables list produce earned value SPI internal external progress KPIs support monthly cost reviews contractual reporting cycles provide timely feedback deviations communicate impacts resolutions prepare baseline budgets generate earned value analysis drive reports meet reporting requirements.
