What you'll do:

The Operations Specialist will support field-related purchasing activities, operational activities, tactical activities, P2P activities of the Distribution Center by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all tasks thru ERP systems for the related DC and will be:

  • Responsible for order fulfillment transactions and purchase order placement, resolution of blocked invoices.
  • Process and execute manual transactional purchases with vendors under.
  • Promotes values of the company.
  • Purchase spot low value(<25TCAD) materials or services aligned with Procurement Policies and Guidelines.
  • Align priorities together with Supply Chain Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What it takes:


  • University degree or College Diploma specializing in Procurement/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced minimum 1 year in Procurement/Finance roles, or in a commercial environment
  • Strong SAP experience, Coupa experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and expertise in Ms. Excel.
  • Proven ability for continuous improvement/savings/value adds and a strong advocate of best practice.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload with minimum supervision.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
