We're looking for a talented teammate
To join CLEAResult as a Conservation Account Manager (CAM). The CAM, is responsible for energy efficiency program promotion and opportunity identification within assigned commercial and Industrial accounts.

In addition, the CAM will provide technical support and guidance through energy savings initiatives undertaken by key accounts, in order to achieve a Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) target.

To be considered you must be based in or near the Hamilton to Niagara Peninsula region for travel through the region.

What we need help with

Working with key accounts, trade associations, channel partners, and other supply chain members, identifies and develops energy savings projects in order to meet assigned CDM targets
Develops and implements strategic account plans for key customers and manages multilevel relationships with key accounts
Identifies energy efficiency measures and opportunities in the assigned key account organization
Prepares and deliver high quality presentations and proposals tailored to clients, as well as any other internal and external groups as needed
Attend industry events.
Regular travel within the specified region is required. Occasional overnight travel to other parts of Ontario is required which may include remote locations.
8+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/agricultural energy efficiency
3 or 4year technical degree, preference given to those focused on sustainability and energy efficiency
P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, CET designations are preferred
Strong influence and negotiation skills
Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive energy savings and achieve or exceed energy savings targets
Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation Range:

$37 - $48 / hour

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example
