We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Health) to join our team in Remote, Manitoba (CA-MB), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA s seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with Health industry experience (specifically Genomics LIS).

As a Project Manager with NTT DATA, you will be assigned to work on a wide range of projects to define business requirements, communicate and facilitate user sessions, create business and process models and make recommendations on business process improvements for NTT DATA clients.

What you'll do:

Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for projects.
Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital) to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client.
Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations and business needs.
Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.
Directs the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists and subcontractors. Ensures appropriate resources are maintained and appropriately allocated to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 to 7 years leadership experience with IM/IT Services, project management, programs and services.
Project Management experience in a complex health care organizational environment with previous experience implementing or upgrading genomics laboratory information systems (genomics LIS), familiarity with diagnostic lab processes, particularly in the area of genomicsrelated testing, would be preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 Practioner Certification
Strong analytical, organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines
Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written communication and skills
