Duties:


  • Respond to leads promptly and convert leads through different sources; online leads, open houses, signcalls and doorknocking.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers and service their real estate needs, showing expertise of pricing and knowledge of different areas.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and execute all paperwork for listings, offers, buyer agency agreements as necessary.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Participate in community events.

Skills:


  • Ability to multi task efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Positive customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Negotiation skills to facilitate real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate license.
  • Must have a driver's license and car
  • Live within easy commute of Main St Markham

Pay:
$80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
