As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team and support our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across our operations.

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including Mikrotik and Teltonika routers/modems.
• Set up and manage VPN connections to ensure secure and reliable remote access.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identifying and resolving any interruptions or performance problems.
• Monitor network performance and security, implementing enhancements and updates as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize network infrastructure for CCTV operations, including bandwidth management and data storage solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients regarding network configuration and usage.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies in network management and security, including Zerotier and other relevant tools, and recommend improvements to our network setup.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain a clear and comprehensive network infrastructure record.

• Proven experience as a Network Support Technician or similar role, with a strong background in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
• Handson experience with Mikrotik and Teltonika routers/modems is essential.
• Familiarity with VPN setup and management, as well as technologies like Zerotier.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
• A team player with a problemsolving attitude and an eye for detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) are a plus.
