Falling under the Manager, Maintenance and Technical Services, you will be in charge of planning, organizing, performing and following up maintenance, renovation and security management tasks among all the company buildings.

**TA JOURNÉE DANS CE POSTE**:
Entretien physique de tous les lieux
- Gérer au quotidien les employés chargés du nettoyage des bureaux et l'équipe interne d'entretien des bâtiments ;
- Mettre en œuvre les directives relatives à l'amélioration des bâtiments et à l'entretien préventif ;
- Gérez les actions correctives et préventives grâce au logiciel GMAO Interal ;
- Assurez un suivi rigoureux de tous les budgets d'entretien des bâtiments ;
- Gérer les contrats ainsi que la coordination et le suivi des travaux d'entretien (nettoyage des bureaux, déneigement, aménagement paysager, entretien de la ventilation et des jets) ;
- Inspect and assess the buildings' compliance, prioritize and coordinate any maintenance, modification, adjustment, and repair works on any equipment relating to the buildings.

Sécurité
- Manage the buildings' safety system and the emergency calls;
- Coordinate the fire department's and the insurers' visits and inspections;
- Gérer les non-conformités liées aux inspections et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives ;
- Gérer les directives relatives aux mesures d'urgence, le processus de test annuel, les formations et les certifications obligatoires ;
- Veillez à appliquer toutes les normes de sécurité et toutes les modifications requises par la loi ;
- Gérer le processus d'accueil des sous-traitants et assurer leur santé et leur sécurité.

Projet de construction et de rénovation de bâtiments
- Gestion de projets relatifs aux bâtiments ;
- Gestion des priorités, de la coordination et du suivi des travaux ;
- External subcontractors' management: service calls, work coordination and follow up;
- Préparer les demandes budgétaires (capex).

**CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS DE VOUS**:
You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial building maintenance as well as a DEC in Mechanical Engineering or a valuable combination of both experiences and studies. You master all the usual IT tools such as Microsoft Office and at least a work orders' management system. You have also a great knowledge of the laws and regulations (RBQ, NFPA etc.). You should be willing to move to our different sites, located in the Great Montreal area. You have already managed external subcontractors and contractors. Finally, you are a leader with great communication skills and you make the difference with your initiatives, your organisation, polyvalence and your ability to work under pressure.
