• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed to move equipment or supplies
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for cleaning and maintenance purposes
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to upkeep the appearance of the premises
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks requiring strength
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and follow instructions accurately
