About The Role

How You'll Make An Impact

Work with the Product Owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
Facilitate groups of 510 and coach multiple teams across the products
Conduct all Scrum Ceremonies
Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions
Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity
Communicate organizational impediments to leadership and help clear impediments for the team
Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the teams you coach
Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog
Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a highperformance team
Provide periodic team performance reporting across scope, time, and cost toward product outcomes

What We're Looking For

Scrum Master certified
Sound understanding of Agile scaling frameworks, and various other Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and proficiency in leveraging the right technique at the right time
Demonstrated success in coaching multiple teams across products
Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in the Hospitality and/or Spa industry is a plus
