Travel will be required to Aecon's sites throughout Canada

Must speak, read, and write in English

Key Responsibilities

Follow up tasks with internal leads and assist with schedule and cost management.
Maintain project progress data and handle any issues that arise.
Create and maintain Project Controls minutes of meetings, and regularly update project forecast.
Coordinate with Risk, Planners, Finance, IDD/BIM, Supply Chain, and Cost Controller on projects.
Aid cost control, scheduling, supply chain, and finance & project accounting groups as required.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Knowledge and Skills

23 years of related project controls experience within the heavy civil and rail industry, specially working with project sponsors such as Metrolinx.
College and/or University degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
23 years InEight and SAP experience within a Major Project environment is a must.
23 years' experience of Staffing Plan management and related actual costs and forecasts
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
Detail oriented.
Must be able to travel to projects.

Compensation and Benefits
- $50,000 to $75,000 annually

Work 37.5 hours/week

Primary work location at 130 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5H 1T1 with work and travel required throughout Canada
Project, training and businessrelated travel may be required.
Exposure to construction work site environment in all seasons
Relocation within Canada may be required. Relocation costs covered by employer
