About This Role
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in engineering or consulting, strong business development expertise and established relationships in the industry. The ideal candidate will drive strategy and partner with senior stakeholders to improve TRC's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead team members on projects across multiple locations.• Develop strategies for implementing new processes.• Identify areas for cost reduction through process improvements.
The VP will be responsible for driving engagement activities as well as relationships within large client groups by building positive working partnerships which results into more long term profitable partnership agreements from start up until final sign offs especially those which go beyond pure operations agreement deals ensuring high margins based return values combined together delivering spectacular ROI efficiency
The right candidate must possess over 10 years , display deep understanding about related engineering developments , showcase fine tuned practical problem-solving skills coupled solid networking abilities plus direct side liaison relationships maintained throughout career history
