We are a medium-sized business. We have a positive and friendly office environment, located in Concord (Vaughan) near Vaughn Mills mall, (Jane and Langstaff). We are a close-knit team. Our company is a leader in Ontario's Flooring construction industry. We are a progressive and modern thinking company.

We use Quickbook Desktop Enterprise. Being an expert at QB is a strong qualification.

  • Handling all Invoicing for the company. Correctly accounting for 10% holdbacks as per client requests. Working with our company's project managers making sure their projects are invoiced to their liking.
  • Using various clientrequired construction project software to handle invoicing. (Textura, Procore, Complyworks.) These are special websites that our clients demand we use to handle the accounting paperwork for some jobs. You will have to master the use of these sites and handle them for the company.
  • Correctly adding new projects to QuickBooks, creating estimates, adding change orders, credits, and invoicing jobs to completion. invoicing the holdbacks.
  • Going through all active projects in Quickbooks and making sure the statements are correct. Correcting any accounting or billing errors. Make sure all jobs are invoiced in full upon their completion.
  • Filling out various standard construction industryrelated forms. Most are safetyrelated.
  • Procore, Textura, Complyworks. These are online billing dashboards that some of our customers demand we use. You will be in charge of these for the company.
  • Monthly Reconcliation of the books, aka Bank Rec
  • Annual Business reports
  • WSIB, EHT, HST, T4s
- preparing contracts and other project-related forms
- preparing mail and courier

  • Preparing Stat Decs
- sorting out any job related accounting

This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday 8:30 Am to 5 PM.

Compensation will be equal to the amount of experience that you bring to the table.
