Main Duties:

Reporting to the Director of Casino Operations, this position contributes to Customer Facing Products & Services by ensuring SIGA's electronic gaming devices are compliant and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities include:

Ensures Electronic Gaming Devices are compliant and meet integrity standards; Provides preventive maintenance, conducts repairs and troubleshoots issues with electronic gaming devices; Provides regular technical electronic gaming device training to Casino Technical employees.

Participates in other projects and activities as required, to ensure electronic gaming devices are operational.


Conditions of Employment

  • The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
  • Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
  • Qualifications
    Education:
  • A minimum of a 2 year postsecondary diploma in Engineering Technology, Engineering Technician or, Electronics Certification.

Experience:


  • Must have minimum 4 years' experience working with software/ hardware of electronic gaming devices
