• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of electrical systems and building codes is a plus
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspections in construction projects
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Salary:
$80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
