Waverley Chrysler is looking for an experienced Collison Centre Estimator to join our established teamYour daily duties would include
Meeting and establishing rapport with customers, justifies needed repairs and costs, and following up with customers
Estimating damage to vehicles visually
Completing estimate sheets to document damage and repairs required and work/repair orders to itemize parts and materials required
Calculating labor and painting costs to determine the total cost of repairs
Assigning repair orders to Production Coordinator
Evaluating the quality of repair jobs by Technicians and, if necessary, returns vehicles for additional work if they do not meet quality standards
Understanding insurance company estimates of repairs and checks them for accuracy and comprehensiveness
Completing parts order sheet for all orders, investigating alternative sources for hard-to-locate parts, and checking parts when delivered
Closing out repair orders on completed work
Receiving payments from customers and insurance companies and coordinating with Body Shop Administration.
Collision Centre Estimator Qualifications
- World class customer service skills
- 3 to 5 + years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Mitchell estimating systems
- Familiarity with various insurance direct repair guidelines
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
