Job Description:

We are looking for an eager Marketing Program Analyst to join our Global Partnerships Team. As a member of our team, you will support the group in a number of different ways.


While your primary focus will be on the analysis of our current partnership marketing programs (tracking performance / suggesting optimizations), you will also support by monitoring the health of our team social channels, conducting post-program reports, supporting with growth projections for our Team channels, and supplying business insights for our Partnership Development Team.


Each week will provide opportunities to help craft the future of sports and optimizing the programs in our digital channels.

We are searching for a teammate who is excited to the tell stories behind the data.

As our partnership business evolves, we're looking for someone to immerse themselves in our business and find new ways to chip into the team via data driven insights.


Responsibilities:


  • Craft, Implement and deliver Reporting and Analytics that provide insights into:
  • Partnership Marketing Campaign Management (post-campaign and end of season)
  • Digital platform analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing insights/learnings
  • Channel/Product health and growth reporting
  • Data mine our extensive database to deliver targeted audiences that optimize partnership marketing efforts.
  • Continuously handle channel and platform benchmarking performance
  • Track campaign performance and offer key findings to optimize programs
  • Perform adhoc analysis to address specific business questions and produce actionbased insights
  • Work within the larger Business Intelligence function to support revenue growth, database acquisition and CRM usage and functionality.
  • Working with vendors and third parties to assist in research and return on objective.
  • Evaluate new assets, opportunities and properties that can efficiently and optimally reach target audiences at scale and drive revenue.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working with a database in an analytical role
  • Capability to manipulate data from various sources
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Brand Watch, Facebook/Twitter products a plus
  • Consultant mindset continually delivering solutions that add value
  • Team Player, allhands on deck mentality
  • Curiosity about growing a career in sports & entertainment
  • Ability to work across all MLSE brands including basketball, hockey, esports, and event venue operations
  • A Graduate of a postsecondary degree in Data Science & Analytics, Strategy & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or other relevant areas
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record to build relationships with key partners at all levels
