Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profit across all sales channels.

Position Overview

  • Develop and mange growth across all sales channels.

Some of these channels are:

  • Retail/Point of Sale
  • AADL (Alberta Aids to Daily Living)
  • Insurance and related (WCB, AISH, DVA, NIHB, etc.
  • Wholesale/Professional Rehab
  • Conduct market analysis to maximize to capitalize on prevailing trends and shifts
  • Act as Key Account central point of contact
  • Develop and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Develop/maintain CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to optimize lead generation, events and promotions and deployment of new products

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management preferred. An equivalent combination of training, education or experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of related management experience (preference given to retail industry experience).
  • Sales experience planning and implementing organizational sales strategy.
  • Experience/familiarity with health and medical equipment and related industryspecific distribution channels will be considered an asset.
  • Experience supervising marketing professionals
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, Google Suite, etc.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
