Reporting to the National Sourcing Manager, Property Management, the Manager, Sourcing - Property Management will provide management support of Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.

This is a remote based role with potential to travel and work from the office as needed.


Responsibilities:


Closely participate in and lead with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.

Provide a review that summarizes the current contracts, identify areas for improvement and get a clear understanding of the services provided and the applied workloads.

Develop a process to capture requests / questions for the support services activities.
Create a strategy with reduction targets & clear objectives.
Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories; analysing supplier base, industry changes, etc. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form.
Responsible for implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national programs.
Support Sourcing Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.

Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.

Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.

Identify services which are the immediate focus of the SSS role: snow, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and Fire Life Safety.

Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.

Conduct a review of the current installation support service to develop a program of improvements that focus of clarity of objectives and improved customer experience.

Participate and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
Other reasonably assigned duties.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
5+ years of experience in management Related Services within a management department.
Experience in developing contracts with suppliers.
An understanding of the roles of managing suppliers and the interaction between the services they provide and the internal team
Experience in defining and monitoring financial control standards and systems to meet performance and regulatory compliance.
Excellent planning, organization, delivery skills and comfortable with periods that carries a bit more pressure
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Property/facility management experience.
Self-motivated and able to perform the role with mínimal supervision; takes ownership
